  • Canceling an Order

If your order has not been fulfilled, we can cancel your order and process a complete refund to your original payment method or offer store credit. If you would like to submit a cancellation, please contact us at  customersupport@warrenjames.org.

Note: If your order has already shipped, we will be unable to cancel it. If that's the case, please check out our returns section!

  • Removing / Adding Items to Your Order

If your order has not been shipped, contact us at customersupport@warrenjames.org and we are happy help you edit your cart! Alternatively, you can manually cancel your order and reorder the correct items! If your order has shipped, we will be unable to help edit it. If that's the case, please check out our returns section!

  • Pre-Orders

All pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase. We'll send you an email notification once the item has shipped.
